We're a Tempe based, family-owned E-commerce business looking for an E-commerce Package Fulfillment Associate. No experience necessary. Most of this job is packing products that weigh anywhere from 1 ounce to 20 pounds into boxes from 6" X 6" to 12" X 72" for shipment by FedEx, UPS and the USPS. This is not assembly-line work. The tasks here will vary from day to day. We find that people who enjoy this job usually have been working in retail, call center or food service jobs, and have tired of the endless, trivial demands of the consumer public. In this job you will not need to interact with customers! This is a full time Monday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM & Tuesday-Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM position. Responsibilities: -Packing FedEx/USPS orders (this is likely to be 80% of the job) -Order picking -Receiving products -Inventory -Light cleaning Desirable Skills & Qualities: -Computer literate -Team player -English proficient -Organized -Detail-oriented -Able to lift 50 pounds -Tetris (seriously, fitting multiple items in a box is similar) -Background check required Pay: $11.50 to $13.00 per hour (the higher end pay for those with experience) Benefits Include: -Paid Sick Days -Paid Vacation (after 90 days) -Paid Holidays -Health Insurance (50% coverage for the worker only after 60 days) If interested, please submit a resume.
