Due to growth, we are currently hiring landscape maintenance foremen in our Bristol, PA, North East Philadelphia, and Hatfield, PA locations. We service commercial accounts in Bucks County, PA, Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County. The primary functions of the Foreman are driving field crew members to and from client jobsites, supervising and motivating crews, and performing landscape maintenance functions such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, seasonal leaf cleanup, mulching and planting. The foreman is also responsible for carrying out instructions of the operations manager and communicating daily tasks to the field team and ensuring all work is completed on assigned jobsites. Potential for professional growth based on performance. Qualifications: • Must possess a valid and clean driver’s license • Must pass and maintain a DOT medical certification • Must have good communication skills • Must have knowledge, and the ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment • Bi-lingual is a plus • Must have a minimum of (1) year of experience in the landscaping industry in a Foreman role • Must be able to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions • Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • General understanding of snow removal • Ability to complete and maintain daily timesheets for field team via mobile phone entry • Ability to complete daily pre-trip inspection reports via mobile phone entry We offers a very competitive hourly wage, paid vacation, 401K and medical benefits Please reply with resume, or name and contact information with job history.
