Landscaping Crew Leader West Chester,Pa Very busy and fast growing Landscape Maintenance Company hiring an experienced landscaper for crew leader position. We are looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, pays attention to detail, hard working, willing to learn our way, and most importantly RELIABLE. Responsibilities include: - Driving truck and trailer to various sites - Mowing with ride-on and walk-behind mowers - weed whacking, edging and backpack blowing - spring/fall cleanups - mulching, trimming bushes, planting... Must have valid and clean drivers license and authorized to work in US. We are also willing to train the right person. Duties preformed for Landscape Crew Member: Trimming shrubs, weeding, and edging garden beds, planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Applying and spreading mulch, topsoil, and ornamental stones Knowledge of hardscape installations &/or property maintenance (trimming, pruning, weeding, identifying issues with landscape) To be considered for any position you must: - Be reliable and arrive to work by :6:45 am - Work in all weather conditions - Be able to lift at least 50 lbs - Work Monday-Friday - Have reliable transportation
