JPD Management is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician We seek a detail-oriented maintenance technician with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. We are looking for someone with general knowledge of repairs including plumbing, electrical, roofing, installation, drywall, painting, etc. Technician will be completing work orders for rental units, including residential and commercial properties throughout the Kensington and Fishtown areas of Philadelphia. In this role, individuals will have general knowledge of: Plumbing Electric Roofing Installation Appliance repair Drywall Painting Technician will be responsible for completing project from start to finish, documenting work completed with pictures and notes, and communicating with tenants. Materials required: Truck or van for transportation- Required Tools required to complete repairs-Required Cell phone for receiving work orders, clocking in and out, and texting management and tenants. Health Insurance: reimbursement negotiable PTO: 1 week accrual the first year, 2 weeks the second year.
