MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION Part-time Only!!! 20 hours a week 5PM-8 PM AND 8 PM -11 PM MUST BE AVAIABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS We are looking for a very professional, motivated, and detail-oriented housekeeper with integrity. This housekeeper will take care of our building and carry out cleaning, and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition that exceeds the customer’s expectation. ​Qualifications: § Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields § Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment § Strong attention to detail § Strong work ethic MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION Responsibilities § Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning reachable ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, fingerprint removable, stocking supplies etc.) § Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities § Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects § Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs § Cooperate with the rest of the staff § Stock and maintain supply rooms § Follow all health and safety regulations
