Taking bids for labor, materials for concrete and stone mason work – small jobs. Concrete pad work - Small Exposed Gravel (pea sized) Pad, aggregate mix and edge MUST match the existing pad: Size - approximately 12 sq/ft, 3” inches of compacted rock base (recycle concrete is ok) under 3-1/2” inches of concrete with 1/8” inch fall for every foot for drainage and welded wire reinforcement Keep back-fill behind the forms at a minimum because you’ll strip the forms early. You also need to make provision for cement-laden water to drain away from the walkway as the aggregate is being exposed by washing. Walkway border grout touch up: Existing walkway limestone border grout needs to be touched up with gray matching grout (about 12 blocks)and, 1-2 blocks added - see pictures Installer MUST have any and all tools required; shovels, wheelbarrow or mixer, screed rod, bull float, mag float, edge trowel and joint trowel.
