Move a warehouse

We need to move items from 1 warehouse to another. about 4000 sq ft. Nothing too heavy - just lots of boxes, some furniture, including metal tables. Date: Tuesday: March 9. Must be done that day. 3 people and a truck + dollies etc. should do the job in a day. Please quote your hourly price for the above - it's how we've always moved and would like to do it again.
