. Looking for a Full Time, hands on experienced Construction Lead with a minimum of 3 years experience. Pay TBD based on experience. . Need assistance on Renovation jobs for a very busy and growing company. . Must have some Supervisory experience to help manage employees and sub-contractors on the job sites. . Must be a loyal, dedicated, reliable, and dependable person. . Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and be able to help Supervise jobs in progress, and assist Project Manager. . Candidates must be able to work in the Florida heat. . A pickup is required to help transport or drop off tools or supplies when needed. . Must have a valid Florida Driver's License, and have a reliable vehicle. . This position demands good physical health and must be able to pick up 50 lbs. at times when needed. .
