Maintenance Tech Compensation: $15/hr - $18/hr depending on experience. Assistant Maintenance Tech/Handyman Compensation: $11/hr - $14/hr depending on experience We are currently looking to fill the following positions to join our team: • Maintenance Tech • Assistant Maintenance Tech/Handyman Maintenance Tech Compensation: $15/hr - $18/hr depending on experience Assistant Maintenance Tech/Handyman Compensation: $11/hr - $14/hr depending on experience Job Description: Our ideal candidates MUST have a minimum 2 years’ experience with building maintenance/repair or home improvement work. Ability to work well under pressure. Must have own tools. Responsibilities include: • General building and ground maintenance • Unit Turnover/make ready to rent • Flooring Install • Drywall Repair • Painting • General maintenance of currently occupied apartments • Troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues • Appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing Key Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years’ experience with building maintenance/repair or home improvement work • Knowledge in painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, plumbing & electrical repairs • Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls • Dependable with good work ethic • Must have own tools Job Type: FULL TIME or PART TIME Please respond by email explaining your work experience and details on skill level.
