The dude complaining about pay is definitely not a person with empathy, i feel bad for you and your musician buddies, but the thing about American society is that, you got to pull yourself up by the bootstraps. This isnt communist russia, you dont got equality, you got to fight for survival. If your hobby does not pay the bills find something else. Find something you enjoy doing that people pay you well for. Dont be mad because they cant afford to feed your lazy ass
