We are a local, family-owned home builder in Apex NC that services the Raleigh-Durham metro area. We specialize in custom designed single-family homes and high-end townhome projects. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, organized, self-starter to join our team and grow with us to expand our company and achieve our goals. The position would be based in our Apex office and assisting with purchasing, vendor relations, selection confirmation, and more. Key responsibilities: • Daily phone calls with vendors/subcontractors • Assist project management team • Maintain project files • Create subcontractor agreements • Request necessary documentation with new vendors/subcontractors • Track and manage project selections • Maintain per project selection logs • Coordinate vendor quotes based off selection items • Assist with the organization of project documents • Assist with purchase orders and invoice coding Successful project coordinator attributes: • Outgoing personality • Ability to multitask • Organized • Self-starter • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in construction process • Experience working in residential construction • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience with BuilderTrend or other project management software’s (Procore, Build Pro, etc).
