Need strong mechanically-inclined guy

I install automotive lifts. I need a strong, mechanically-inclined guy who can climb 12ft ladders with no problems and use most tools. It is hard work, but only takes about 3 hours to assemble one. I am starting another crew and looking for someone trainable to join up, if you work out. I am 55 and we use leverage instead of brute strength to move these things. If you can keep up with me and use a hammer drill along with battery powered impacts and hand tools, you might just fit in. I pay cash by the day until you become part of the team. After that, we can negotiate pay. I am only looking to hire someone from Kaufman, Terrell or surrounding areas. Don't even waste your time if you are not from around here. I can't count on someone driving from Plano. Call me and we can meet somewhere around here today and do this job. You work out, there is work tomorrow, too. We work all over the metroplex but we start in Kaufman every morning. Of course, no drinking, no drugs, no sagging and no being on the phone during the job.
