Housekeeper/House Assistant

We are looking for a housekeeper/assistant to help us around the house (NO SERVICES, only looking for individuals). Our 10-year housekeeper has decided to be a Grandma full-time, so we need someone that we can trust and that can help us with the following items... Responsibilities will include: Daily Cleaning & Straightening of House - this will include anything that was left out the night before or in the morning, making of the beds, picking up clothes, and any weekly and daily cleaning etc. Dishes - loading and unloading the dishwasher, taking care of any dishes in the sink or around the house Laundry - washing, drying, folding, hanging any of our family's laundry every week and putting them away in the proper place Organizing - rearranging and organizing closets, cabinets, etc. to be more efficient and to make our house more orderly Animal Keeping - You will be responsible for making sure these animals are fed and given water and changing the litter boxes. All of our animals are all super friendly and we have never had an issue with anyone! General Housekeeping/Assisting - We will need you to water the plants, clean the fridge, get the mail, and any general house task that we might need. If the pond stops running, looks low, or there is a lightbulb out - we don't expect you to just handle it, but we need you to let us know! We may also have you meet with our pool guys, a contractor, or anyone that we may need to come to the house and to supervise on occasion if need be. Your responsibility is to upkeep our house and to help assist us at home since we are always on the go!!! We offer flexible hours, but in order to do everything we need you to do - it is approximately a 15 - 20 hours a week job! We pay $15 to start and you are paid weekly on Fridays.
