Polo Club Apartments in SW Fort Worth, is looking for a Porter/Groundskeeper 288 units - No experience necessary! Bilingual- English & Spanish is preferred.
• Must be able to; work outdoors, in various inclement weather, bend, stoop, climb stairs frequently and be on feet all day • lift up to 50 lbs • Available to start work immediately• 40 hours a week 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday
Duties include but not limited to:
• Keeping the property and landscaping clean by inspecting the property each morning and during the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
• Pool Maintenance: Cleaning the pool, arranging furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s). Testing chemical levels of pool water and maintaining proper chemical balance.
• Assisting in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Other duties include helping other team members with make readies, assisting other onsite maintenance, touch up paint, changing light bulbs, sprinkler repair and other grounds maintenance duties as assigned. May perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs or replacements. Perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner and reports maintenance issues to manager and lead.
All prospective candidates must pass a criminal background check; have valid state ID or Driver License (this means no expired ID), Social Security Card/Birth certificate or Valid Resident Card.
