Greener Solutions Air Conditioning Services provides HVAC installation in custom homes for all construction phases, from the rough to the finish. We are hiring an experienced New Construction HVAC Foreman for our new construction dept. The right candidate will: *read blueprints *have a knowledge of the building codes pertaining to the HVAC industry *understand all phases of the construction project *have the knowledge, skill and ability to make decisions on site *possess the leadership skills to lead an effective team or teams and ensure work is done correctly and to our quality *train others to perform high quality work REQUIREMENTS: You MUST have a clean driving record - no suspensions or DUI's in the last 3 years. You have the drive and leadership skills to SAFELY, productively and efficiently lead others without compromising workmanship. Your work will be an asset to our brand for years to come. You are punctual, dependable, honest, and respond promptly to calls and texts. You are well-groomed, professional and a non-smoker.
