This position is for temporary to full time construction workers. Requires extensive physical activities including heavy lifting, up to 100lbs, and considerable bending and kneeling. Requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions at industrial and commercial construction job sites. At times, employee may be required to work in confined areas and on scaffolding or man lifts. Must be able to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job working under direct supervision of the site foreman. Travel is required and can be to remote locations for extended periods of time, 4 to 12 weeks. Experience in equipment operation, civil pipe installation, assembly and construction of steel structures, and concrete is preferred. Minimum Requirements: Laborer One year general construction experience High School Diploma or equivalent Strong Communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field Physical appearance and conduct consistent with company policies and values that promote a positive image to customers, clients and communities. Three References with at least two from previous employers Valid driver’s license Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and ability to provide input and receive feedback Basic computer skills Equal Opportunity Employer.
