Candidates must have a good work ethic, take pride in their work, be dependable, have reliable transportation and be a team player. Simple math and tape measure skills are preferred but can be taught. Great attitude and desire to succeed is imperative. Qualified candidates can be hired the same day as interview and start the next day in some cases.
