JOB DESCRIPTION: This position reports to the Installation Crew Leader and works with 3-5 construction crew members in residential in-ground swimming pool construction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Job assignment Able to take daily job assignment and perform duties as explained or required. Responsible to see all equipment, supplies, etc. are loaded and ready for jobsite(s) Maintain jobsite – keep neat and organized – remove debris daily Other duties as requested or required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE: High school diploma Self-motivated Able to work well in group setting Able to work with customers to promote customer satisfaction General knowledge of construction tools – hand and power tools General math abilities Prefer bilingual – Spanish/English Able to organize and prioritize while working with designated deadlines Valid driver’s license Excellent communication skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Able to work extended hours Able and willing to work in various/extreme weather conditions Time management and basic problem solving skills Previous industry experience preferred but not required for the right individual
