Housekeeper/Janitor - $13-14 for Professional and Dependable (Sand Key - Clearwater Beach) Excellent opportunity for a team player. Seeking a full time, experienced housekeeper/janitor for a high-end residential gulf front high rise with 106 units. A dependable, hardworking team player with reliable transportation is who we are looking for. Great team and excellent working conditions. Prefer someone who lives within 10-20 minutes of the property, Largo/Clearwater is ideal. Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday Position includes but is not limited to the following: - Sweeping/Mopping - Dusting - Vacuuming - Trash Collection - Wiping down fitness equipment - Cleaning restrooms - Spot cleaning carpeting - Keeping supplies stocked (advising supervisor when supplies are needed) - Occasional Window Cleaning - Glass Cleaning - and general cleaning as needed. Luxury building with few rentals, not a transient vacation condo. Well established residential community with owners who have lived here for 20 years since it was built. Very high end clientele. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Must be able to speak & understand English, work mostly indoors with some outdoor work, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Lifting, standing, bending, squatting, sitting, and other physical requirements necessary to perform this job. 90 day probation period and benefits available after 60 days - employer/employee contribution - health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, etc. Earn vacation, sick, and PTO with Birthday off.
