If so, you may be well-suited to become our next Maintenance Worker. In this role you will be responsible for the upkeep of several properties including business, residences, and warehouses. Our company will rely on you to provide our guests and employees with a tidy interior and exterior atmosphere where everything is well-ordered. You'll become a critical component of upholding our company culture and image all while helping us to look and feel our absolute best through the ambiance of our properties. Job Responsibilities: Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility on a daily basis. Check for potential safety issues in all public areas on a daily basis and bring them to the attention of the property manager. Make sure all doors, windows, entrances and exits are securely closed and locked when you're the last person to leave the building. Perform fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, painting, tiling, etc. Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify and repair issues. Install appliances and equipment. Garden/yard upkeep (e.g. mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.) Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation). Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm). Fixing minor plumbing issues. Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations. Come to work with a great attitude and a sparkling smile! Requirements for this role include: Extreme attention to the smallest detail. Initiative to take on tasks without being told and without being monitored. Reliable transportation as you will be working at multiple properties. Availability to work on the weekends as needed. MUST be able to pass a background screening. MUST have your own equipment. Preferred High school diploma or its equivalent. Knowledge of the latest OSHA safety regulations. Job Type: Full-Time Rate: $15/hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
