Professional Drainage Experts is a property preservation company that specializes in drainage issues with homes. Our company goal is to preserve properties from water/foundation damage using our commercial grade drainage materials. We are growing! We are looking to add one full-time positive, reliable, and team player to our team who is eager to learn and grow within the company. Preferably someone with a background in drainage or construction. Company Job Title: Professional Drainage Experts Inspector (Property Inspector) Job Status: Field Position | Full-time 40 hrs/wk Compensation: Salary Based Position Inspection Site Travel Locations: Orange County/LA County Duties include (but are not limited to): * Completing inspections at properties * Reporting all findings to the customers/homeowners as well as drawing a map with notes. * Completing 3 to 4 inspections a day, possibly more * Sending all gathered information to team members in a timely manner * Performing other duties as needed * Always having high professionalism when deemed necessary * Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed at all times Requirements: * Must have a smartphone – Property inspections are completed through google calendar. * Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day * Must have a personal reliable car, valid Drivers License (w/ good driving record) * * * This is a 100% field position tasks are perform at various locations. * Hospitality or similar experience is highly preferred but not required * Mon-Friday, Saturday’s are rare but can be offered. * Basic working knowledge of drains, sprinklers, concrete, and foundation are highly preferred. * Must display very good communication, organization and time management skills * Excellent customer service skills and professionalism, ability to sell. * English Speaking * You must be highly presentable, friendly, honest and professional. You must be able to communicate extremely well and be able to educate our customers on all of our services.
