General Contractor looking to hire a rough carpenter for basic framing tasks on a large apartment remodels. Basic descriptions for the required position are: lowering pony walls, modifying wing walls, boxing out can lights, and widening door openings. Simple modifications. Journeymen isn’t needed, but framing experience IS required. Must have transportation, be reliable, and good communication. Please send resume with pay requirements included.
