Local faucet manufacturer in Huntington Beach is looking to add to its diverse team! Positions include Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Assembly Worker and Platers (no experience needed for plating) Candidates must be able to provide at least 6 months of experience in listed job titles, willing to be a team player, adaptable to different levels of the production process and eager to work hard. When performing these positions, the following activities are required: • Assembling bathroom accessories (towel bars, robe hooks, soap dispensers, displays). • Inspecting and cleaning finished components during assembly to conform to quality standards. • Following instructions and locating parts on Pick Tickets. • Operating hand tools and push carts. • Efficiently picking part orders for final assembly and ensuring the correct number and type of part is obtained. • Carrying or transporting orders to different staging areas utilizing material handling equipment. • Scanning tickets into the ERP computer system and occasionally retrieving order information. • Shipping UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Mail orders using ERP system and non-integrated carrier systems. • Processing returned products by inspecting, taking apart the products, and putting the components away into inventory locations. • Expediting high priority or delayed orders through the production process. • Adaptability/flexibility when encountering problems. Must be able to communicate discrepancies to team leader and be able to solve problems and implement solutions. • Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment. • Basic reading and counting skills, ability to perform simple math and write legibly. • Excellent time management skills; must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines. These are TEMP-TO-HIRE positions. 1st and 2nd Shift available Pay rate is $14.50-$15.50/hr
