Project Manager / Project Techs Needed

We are urgently hiring Project Managers and Project Technicians to join our growing company. These are full time, salaried positions with all of the benefits you can expect as a W-2 employee. Resumes with Roofing and Siding experience will be given preference, but we are willing to train the right candidates. This is a Monday - Saturday job, and we work through the winter. Summer hours get a little hectic, but you can expect a 40 hour work week over the colder months. Responsibilities - Project Manager: - Meet roofing and siding crews onsite daily - Introduce yourself to the client and make sure the landscaping is protected - Check jobsite materials against orders for accuracy and completion - Make sure crews have everything they need - Complete inspections with the municipalities as required. - Troubleshoot warranty repair requests and provide detailed instructions to the production manager with solutions. - Advise clients of incurred, unforeseen expenses that arise throughout production, such as rotten decking - Document job progress through company CRM with photos and notes. - Return unused material and insure jobsite is thoroughly cleaned - Complete final inspection with client and collect signed letter of completion Responsibilities - Project Technician - Meet crews onsite, check material, make runs for missing items - Meet clients to trouble shoot warranty service requests, complete repairs onsite whenever possible - Document job progress through company CRM with photos and notes. - Return unused material and insure jobsite is thoroughly cleaned - Other misc tasks as needed to assist the production team
