Kingswood Village Property Owner’s Association has openings for Maintenance I positions. Full time and part time positions are available. Please apply via email or in person (with an appointment). Successful candidates for the Maintenance I position will: • Provide a positive and welcoming presence to community members and guests. • Maintain a clean and professional appearance. • Safely and effectively operate snow blowers, use shovels, ice scrapers, sand and ice melt as related to snow removal. • Safely and effectively operate and repair irrigation, lawn mowers, blowers, pole saws, string trimmers, and other common tools related to landscape maintenance and defensible space. • Safely and effectively operate hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment as related to building and common area upkeep and repair. • Safely and effectively operate utility carts. • Safely and effectively operate equipment related to pool cleaning and maintenance. • Be aware of and follow Kingswood Rules and Regulations, and will notify the Property Manager of potential infractions. • Take pride in keeping the grounds clean at all times by removing litter and maintaining a clean environment. • Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 75 lbs. frequently. • Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Kingswood Village is located in Kings Beach CA, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. We are a 238-unit townhome complex spanning 36 acers. Kingswood Village is an alcohol, cigarette, vape, and drug free work place.
