Cut-Rite Tree and Spray is accepting applications for structural/landscape pest control applicators. Cut-Rite is the premier pest control company on the west shore of Lake Tahoe for over 40 years. We are fully licensed and insured. Our pest control season starts mid-April and goes until mid-September, depending on weather. Ideally this will be a full-time seasonal position. Can be a part time job if the applicant can commit to certain days or hours. Applicants must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. OUR OFFICE IS LOCATED IN TAHOMA, CA, must be able to arrive at around 7:30 every morning. A pre-employment DMVR screen is mandatory before hire. Any California DPR or SPCB licenses are a big plus but not necessary. We will train the right candidate and pay for the California Structural Pest Control applicators license test. Must work toward license with in 30 days of employment and pay will increase accordingly. Applicant must be in good physical shape and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hike up steep hills. The right applicant must have good communication and customer services skills. Many jobs require meeting with the clients and answering pest and treatment questions. Pay is DOE ($20 per hour, more with a license). In general, weekends and holidays off. This can be a long term position with more hours and responsibilities added with experience.
