Seeking window/patio door installers. Primary responsibilities are to install windows/or and patio doors as well as other assigned "other" duties as needed. You are expected to perform duties within company standards. "Other" duties might include: • Unloading trucks • Moving product around the warehouse • Making/Installing window/door screens • Delivery • Miscellaneous jobs around the shop • Ensure truck is clean and perform weekly vehicle assessment • Performing "service" to solve window/door issues as needed Ensure proper installation of windows & doors including but not limited to the following: • Proper bituthene application • Proper sealant application • Proper (and clean) caulking • Installation meets or exceeds Black Rock and AAMA standards Skill Requirements: Ability to read tape measure (you will be tested) Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms Ability to lift 50-100 lbs Ability to climb ladder (extension) and/or use scaffolding and/or bucket as job requires Vision Requirement: Ability to see up close, distance, color and have good peripheral and depth vision Solid verbal communication skills Ability to think outside of the box to solve problems Ability to show up on time every day with your own tools and use in a safe/competent manner Ability to work with a variety of people, both customers (construction foreman on site, homeowners, vendors) as well as company team members Ensure pride in workmanship OSHA 10 required Valid NV Drivers license required Able to pass drug and background screening Must have your own tools Prior window & patio door construction/installation a plus Prior experience on a construction crew a plus
