Hello, We are in search of a full time individual to help with all facility repairs and maintenance in our 100k sqft facility. Looking for an individual who can handle multiple requests, is dependable, organized, and responsive. Everyday is different. See below a list of requirements. -Versatile handyperson with construction experience; -Perform general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs; -Responsible for housekeeping tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager; -Perform miscellaneous maintenance related work and repairs as required; -Can safely use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools; -Ability to operate heavy machinery such a forklift and scissor lift -Ability to problem solve both independently and as a member of a team; -Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with Company and OSHA standards; -Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or tasks to others; -Possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
