Millwork Installation company seeking multiple positions for experienced FINISH Carpenters. We are seeking qualified Finish Carpentry installers to join our team and assist in ongoing and upcoming commercial retail projects and tenant improvements in the Southern California area. The ideal candidate must have solid surface experience, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, dedicated, and extremely hard working with a strong work ethic, a professional disposition, and knowledge of finish carpentry for long-term and short-term assignments. Required experience • At least 5-10 years FINISH carpentry experience especially in the field of solid surfaces, like Coriander, etc. • Installation of cabinetry, counter-tops (solid surface and stone), paneling, cladding, trim. • Ability to effectively rework items in the field. • Ability to communicate clearly in a professional manner • Experience with installation of fixtures or related finish carpentry work • Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints, specs, schedule building plans, and other specifications. • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Must be able to stand for up to 10 or 12 hours a day, bend, stoop and safely lift 75 lbs. • Must be willing to work overtime as needed. • Basic toolset, screw gun, misc. hand tools, working with drywall a plus • Responsible for all cleanup and removal of material from the worksite. • Must have a strong commitment to job site safety. • Must have and maintain a clean driving record. • Site work may require overnight, some weekends, and the ability to travel to site locations within California All Covid-19 precautions will be enacted when working on assigned tasks.
