Sat - Sun Hours: 8am - 4:30pm GENERAL OPERATIONS Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around the Main Lobby including cleaning of doors, seating areas, steps, curbs, sidewalks and alleyway. Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around common areas, including cleaning of corridors, elevator lobbies and restocking restrooms. Maintain clean stairwells and mechanical rooms as directed by Chief Engineer. Immediately report any mechanical problems or vandalism to the Chief Engineer. REQUIREMENTS: One year of custodial experience Flexible schedule, include evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to work well with others in a professional manner in a team oriented environment. Reliable, trustworthy and must maintain confidentiality due to nature of work responsibility Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent Communication Skills Valid drivers license / State ID Eligible to legally work in the United States Ability to work in fast paced environment Punctual Able to stand for at least six hours or a shift
