ASSISTANT SOLAR(PV) INSTALLER Corona based Solar Company has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an Assistant Solar (PV) Installer to join our experienced team of professionals. JOB DUTIES: Assist Lead Installer with pulling of inventory for each project Assist with installation of solar stands & flashings; sealing all roof penetrations. Assemble and install solar array racking. Assist with installation of install solar modules, inverter(s), wiring, junction box, disconnects, electrical components. Maintain site cleanup Complete project(s) in a timely manner. Perform other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years previous exp. working in solar industry or related field. Company willing to train the right person. Knowledge of solar installations, and various roof mount-racking systems a plus. Willing to work in extreme environments (hot sun, high places/roofs, and confined crawl spaces). Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, standing, walking, standing, reaching, crawling, climbing, and other physical aspects/requirements). Valid driver's license & insurable driving record. Professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills and deliver a high level of customer service. Great attention to detail. Great work ethics and attitude. All candidates must submit and be able to pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening and physical.
