Experienced apartment maintenance technicians and janitors wanted for Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas and Carlsbad. Maintenance techs: Looking for candidates that have general knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting etc. Must have your own tools and be able to pass a background check. Positions are M-F 8-5 or Tues-Sat 8-5. Pay starts at $19-20 an hour plus benefits and when hired typically pay between $21-$28 an hour with benefits and bonuses. Janitors/Porters: Looking for candidates with experience in cleaning commercial or residential buildings. Positions are Monday- Friday 8-5. Pay ranges $15-$16 an hour plus benefits We are a local staffing company that works in the apartment industry and specialize in permanent positions with large national and local companies and offer the best pay.
