Rehome special needs chinchilla

Recently had a fire in my house and I’m out of a home and unable to take care of my animals.I have a two year old special needs chinchilla. About Oscar the chinchilla he’s 2 years old with a head tilt and missing right hind foot. Not the most loving chinchilla but loves him a good neck scratch. Not very fond of being held and I wouldn’t recommend a child caring for him as he can be bitey if spooked. Currently in a small cage due to taking several tumbles down his previous cage but let out on supervised playtime daily and with me not having a place he’s stuck confined in this small cage which is not the best. He will come with everything he owns(cage,wheel,water bottle,food rack, whatever’s left of food and his bathing sand and hay, wooden playtime house that has hay rack attached. I am asking 50$ as a rehoming fee to make sure he can go to someone who can take care of him.
