Crew Leaders Wanted Pay Range $14-20 per hour depending on experience/department Benefits Hiring $500 bonus after 30 days with good attendance and job expectations being fulfilled. Job Summary This person will manage him or herself as well as a 1-4 person crew on a daily basis in the various job functions of lawn care or landscaping services. Mow crew, landscape crew, or landscape maintenance crew. Responsibilities and Duties Operate a truck or truck and trailer combo (or truck with landscape body or dump) on a daily basis. Perform maintenance and installation services according to crew leader position. Lead a team of 1 to 4 employees on a daily basis. Qualifications and Skills Good communication skills. Valid driver's license in good standing. 1-2 years in the lawn care industry preferred, but will train.
