Janitor/Floor Tech/ (Kansas City, METRO) compensation: STARTING at $14.00 Up To $15.00 Per Hr part-time EASY Janitor positions 3 to 4 hours Evening/Night, Monday - Friday (5pm to 6pm start time), SOME WEEKENDS Although this is an easy position, LAZINESS will not be tolerated period! Must be RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, HARD WORKER, WORK UNSUPERVISED AND HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. We are only looking for the BEST and applicants that will take the time (40 minutes) to go thru Step 1 of our hiring process by clicking the link below: So If You Really Want to WORK Then...To Apply Go to • Service, clean, or supply restrooms. • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. • Gather and empty trash. • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. • Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. • Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. • Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. • Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. • Dust mop, damp mop, auto scrub floors. • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. • Steam clean or shampoo carpets. • Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
