• Remove vinyl liner, plastic / metal wall • Remove wooden fence and all shrubbery around pool. • Remove cover and pump water to closest storm drain. • Remove liner, walls, filtration system and any pool related supplies. • Load all debris in dumpster provided by you. • Remove concrete around pool and sidewalk leading to pool from patio. • Call for inspection • After inspection, backfill with certified fill which you provide. • Compact in 12” lifts. • Finish backfill with fill dirt and finish grade with topsoil, apply seed and cover with straw • Call for final inspection. Permit has already been pulled. Pool is very accessible from the driveway as can be seen from the attached picture. Serious proposals only (anything over $7,000 will not be considered).
