ICG is offering qualified patients $150+ to participate in a research study on Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (rrMM). The goal of the research is to explore how rrMM patients communicate with their Oncology care team, and how these interactions impact their treatment choices and journey. Step 1: Audio Recording of a Doctor’s Visit • To understand the full spectrum of the patient experience, we would like to capture an audio recording of one of your visits to the doctor. This appointment could take place in-person or via Telehealth and can include any member of your Oncology care team (Med/Hem ONCs, NP/PAs, ONC NUR, staff NUR) • We will provide you with the simple instructions to capture the recording and a document for your care team that describes the research and confirms their consent. Privacy Information: • Our methodology addresses all HIPAA requirements, and we are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all research participants. • The patient-provided audio recordings are for research purposes and internal review only; no names or other personally identifying information will ever be shared.
