Job Description ++ MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX MAINTENANCE TECH++ Looking for a Maintenance Technician for a small Renovated Apartment Complex in the Baytown/La Porte/ Mont Belvieu/ Crosby/ Pasadena Area! *HVAC certified preferred but not required *MUST include a short summary of why you think you would be a good Apartment Maintenance Technician for our apartment complex. Salary- DOE Plus Discount on Beautiful New Apartment RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Overseeing Apartment Maintenance and maintaining the physical apartment complex property and general Apartment Maintenance repairs of the community. Must be able to handle plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment, appliance and carpentry repairs, electrical repairs and all facets of apartment make-ready, including sheet rocking, tape and float, texture and painting. Ensure the property's efficient Apartment Maintenance operation on a day-to-day basis. Maintain inventory for cost effective operations Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors Required respond to on-call, after hour emergencies; Monitor and maintain all Apartment Maintenance building systems Handling grounds keeping apartment property clean and upkept. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: We give all of our maintenance team PPE as needed to enter apartments and pre screen tenants before doing in unit service calls.
