Pick up and deliver shelving unit from Salvation Army to Upper 9th

Hi, I purchased a shelving unit at Salvation Army but i can't go get it today because i have work. Can you pick it up and deliver it for me? I have the receipt with me at University Medical Center on Canal Street..... so you've got to come get the receipt, scoot out to jeff hwy, get the shelf, and then deliver it to my house in saint claude. whole thing will probably take an hour? i really need this done BEFORE noon ideally this is a big shelving unit, u need a truck/wretch straps etc $50
