Full Time Smoke Alarm Inspector (Holyoke) compensation: DOI employment type: full-time Local Property Management company looking to hire a full time technician for a variety of duties. The majority of the job will involve inspecting our rental properties and making sure they are up to code for smoke detectors. You will need good organizational and communication skills to plan your appointments with the residents, track progress and schedule each unit yearly. We treat each unit as if it is getting a smoke cert though that's not usually required. Y Other duties include lock changes, water consumption inspections, checking for leaks and drips etc, insuring common hallways have good light bulbs. You will also take work orders from he tenants while you are there and give them to the office to schedule repairs. Good Computer skills are required to use our property management software. We also use Microsoft office programs and most of the Google apps. This is a full time position in a newer department so you will be responsible for creating or improving on existing systems. After a trial period, a company vehicle will be available. Will help to have your own hand tools, power tools although we do have some available for use. Please send your resume to [email protected].
