Timber Framing Gig

I interested in building a really cool outdoor pavilion, but I lack experience working with big timbers, think 6"x10" fir or cedar trusses. My design doesn't require fancy joinery; just simple butt joints with beefy decorative plates. MUST also be proficient in ridge beam and rafter roofs. I am certainly willing to pay well for this type of knowledge/experience. Getting my piers poured in a couple of weeks, and we can start then/weather permitting. Please reply if you have the experienced needed. The attached photo is a rough idea of what will be built.
