Ready Clean is a facility maintenance company and is looking to hire a fulltime experienced commercial cleaner/technician. You must have experience in commercial cleaning and must be ready to work with little supervision. Job requirements: - Valid US drivers license (driving record will be required) - Be comfortable driving a large van - Must speak English (You will be expected to communicate with customers) - Knowledge of striping and waxing VCT - Have a basic use of hand tools (drills, levels, screw drivers) - You must have transportation to get you to work on time everyday (You will drive a Ready Clean van while working - You must be responsible, punctual and professional Salary is based on experience (Starts at $14.50) Performance bonuses based on skill level of job performed (Cleaning carpets, VCT strip/wax, Tile/Grout cleaning) In person interview is required Resume (job experience) and references are required Email resume/experience to [email protected] 201-389-6318
