The Harwich Port Boat Yard is looking for a Yard Employee who wants to join our team. If you are looking for a stable, year-round, long-term position with competitive pay, then please inquire about the position. Experience is always appreciated, but we are willing to train the right individual. The employee must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, be a self-motivator and be able to work overtime. Punctuality is a must, in this industry. Duties include bottom painting, waxing hulls and topsides, and must be detail Oriented. Other seasonal duties include pressure washing and shrink wrapping. Fiberglass, varnish and forklift operation are a plus, but not necessary. Harwich port Boat Yard is a Full-Service Boat yard. With a very friendly team-oriented atmosphere.
