Custom home builder looking to hire competent self-motivated team worker for position: foreman/supervisor with a solid background in all phases of construction. -Must be able to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites; allocating responsibility where needed. -Coordinate all construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction, maintenance and rebuild. -Will be a point of reference for both workers and supervisors as well as interact well with clients onsite. -Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. -Ability to use personal computer/tablet including Microsoft Office a plus -Following company principles and safety guidelines are fundamental during daily routine. Responsibilities: Report on progress to managers on a daily basis Always maintain a clean and orderly worksite. Requirements Proven experience as construction foreman (3yr+ work experience a must) In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines Ability to read drawings and plans Ability to communicate and report effectively Able to estimate job materials and manage jobsite materials High school diploma (diploma in a skilled trade a plus) Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving records Cori Check Year-round full-time employment.
