Looking for outboard motor mechanic

I am buying a 1972 stinger with a 1978 Johnson 115 two stroke outboard motor. We tested compression on the cylinders and two were 115, that's within the normal range, and one was 95, and one was 80. The guy im buying it from is willing to negotiate on the price after I get it running well. It may need valve Reed work or cylinder rings which is a partial rebuild but im not sure. Looking for a reasonable boat mechanic to help.
