Property Management Company is looking for experienced maintenance techs to perform day to day apartment repairs and or renovations. We are in need of tradesmen experienced in all facets of apartment repairs and or unit remodeling... Must have experience in apartment turns, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, framing, painting, door hanging, etc., Must perform grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed. All applicants MUST have a valid NYS Drivers License. All applicants Must be available for after hour "on-call" responsibility. Applicant should possess a professional tool set (enough to perform common building maintenance and repairs). The position is Full-Time, Monday- Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm Good Starting Wage Depending on Experience.
