Dock Installer & Maintenance: Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Must be able to lift heavy items and work outdoors in all weather conditions. REQUIREMENTS: - Positive Attitude - Ability to follow Instructions - Perform work quickly and efficiently, focused on excellence in the quality of work - Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks - Valid Driver's License MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent WORK CONDITIONS: - Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment and materials - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Excellent stamina is required - Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis - Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold - Working hours from 8:00am-4:30pm including weekend work in Spring season - Work on difficult shoreline access, steep embankments - Work in water in a variety of conditions, including waves, wind, cold and deep water, and potential ice - Work occasionally from boat, barge, or other marine equipment
