Description

We are a large fabrication shop looking to hire welders and fitters. Experienced Welders • Flux Core FCAW carbon steel • Read CAD drawings including weld symbols • Knowledge of filler material for aluminum, stainless steel and steel alloys • Maintain welding equipment and machinery as required Experienced Fitters • Inspect work using blueprints and precision measuring tools • Read CAD drawings including weld symbols • Knowledge of welding sequences, fixtures and procedures Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience • Must be able to read, understand and follow detailed welding procedures • Ability to work flexible hours to support overtime requirements • Able to work and produce effectively with minimal supervision • Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization • Able to lift 25 pounds consistently without assistance, 75 pounds occasionally with assistance Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30 + Overtime if allowed Pay based on experience Benefits • Health, dental, life and disability insurance • 401(k) Plan & Company Match • Safety Incentive Program • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Vacation and Holidays • Payroll Direct Deposit • Annual Wage/Salary Review • Bonuses We are an equal opportunity employer and proud to maintain a drug-free work place.
