Seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor/Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Ideally, someone who is eager to work, improve their skills, and learn new ones. Unique opportunity to grow with the development company. The individual should have experience ranging from: · 5+ years in the field experience, knowledgeable and capable of using machinery hand tools, etc. · Must be hard-working, motivated & punctual. · Be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites as directed, driving to different project sites daily. · Prepare and clean up job sites, as needed. · Provide daily updates to the Office · Assist the crew & subcontractors on jobs/ repairs, as needed. · Perform other errands throughout the day as requested by higherups & oversee ongoingness of different projects at sites which include airfield & Westchester county. Qualifications and Requirements: · Must be able to lift over 40 lb · Valid driver’s license required · Ability to use construction tools · Strong interpersonal communication skills · Strong organizational skills · Ability to follow directions · Needs to be able to work in various types of weather conditions · Construction and Carpentry experience (required) · Eagerness and willingness to learn · Strong working knowledge of job site safety · High standard of integrity and professionalism Job Type: Full-time
