Expectations: Provide expertise by assisting in the development and implementation of customer service. Provide ongoing support to all personnel under their supervision, assisting them in completing their task when necessary. Being responsible for maintaining controls and procedures pertinent to the job at hand for each employee and job description while ensuring a safe work environment. Requirements: • 3 or more years’ experience in commercial lawn care for manager position • At least 1 year of experience for crewman position • Knowledge of commercial lawn care equipment and proper maintenance procedures • Communication skills are a must. You will be communicating with multiple different crews throughout the day. • Being able to keep accurate records, inventory levels, and materials used. • Ability to train employees to company standards. • Operator’s license with ability to get Chauffeurs Driver’s License within first 45 days. Physical Requirements: • Lifting of up to 50lbs • The work is done outdoors, hot, cold, wet, etc. • Winter care experience i.e., plowing/salting etc. is a plus. Required education: • High school or equivalent. • Operator’s license with ability to get Chauffeurs Driver’s License within first 45 days. Compensation: • $11-15+ / hour based on experience and managerial position. • Weekly checks • Benefit options include health, dental, and optical insurance options available after 90 days.
